| Invest Southwest has to date
enjoyed extraordinarily high levels of client satisfaction:
we seek detailed written feedback from all of our clients
as a means of ensuring we are delivering a service which
is second to none. Click on our testimonials page for
a selection of the kind of feedback we receive.
Since our formation in April 2006,
we have received a phenomenal response: an almost overwhelming
level of recommendations from existing clients and professional
contacts.
This is because we are a local company formed for the
mutual benefit of clients and staff alike. The promise
we make to our clients is that we will be able to advise
them on all aspects of their finances, for life. Our
staff do not come and go – they are local, highly
qualified and motivated people who will advise local
clients year in year out.
We live and work in our community and in so doing go
a long way to ensuring we do a good job. Our staff have
no targets other than total client satisfaction. We
have found that happy clients are profitable clients.
By taking the ‘long view’, serving our clients
long term best interests, we are enjoying enormous success.
Managing Director Dave Penny has recently received
the accolade of an invitation to represent the regulator
Financial Services Authority in delivering Workplace
Financial Education for larger employers. He and Invest
Southwest have fulfilled stringent selection criteria
from the highest source in the UK. |
