In addition, many of our advisers are qualified in specific areas such as mortgages, equity release and long term care. With Invest Southwest you have access to protection if things go wrong. If you ever feel that we gave you wrong or misleading advice, you can usually make a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, at no cost to you. We hold minimum levels of professional indemnity insurance, to cover complaints. We plan on being around for a very long time but if in the unlikely event we are not, or we are unable to meet a claim, you may be able to access compensation from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
